Our one-day meditation workshops are conducted at Chanshi Meditation Centers at Bangalore and Mysore. 

We welcome you to come and spend a day with us in accordance with the objective of the workshop to learn relevant tools and techniques that would help you with sustainable solutions to the practical issues the world throws at us  on a day to day basis.

One's experience in any previous meditation gigs wouldn't really count. So, all are welcome irrespective of what level you consider you belong to in meditation!

How it works

  • Release

    The first and foremost tenet of our workshops is RELEASE. This corresponds to the techniques that are oriented towards allowing an individual to build inceptive sensory intelligence. By this one develops the ability to mindfully respond to people and situations, instead of reacting that is simply driven by a habitual pattern.

  • Augment

    AUGMENT phase of Chanshi workshops shall consist of techniques that build vitality within our body. This implies boosted energy levels, heightened dynamicity and enhanced liveliness.   • Channelize

    The third phase - CHANNELIZE - consists of techniques that are aligned towards funneling the augmented energies towards the intended outcomes. The set of meditations/techniques in this phase is usually determined by the test results, one would have obtained, that shows the inclination of oneself towards the head or the heart accordingly.
