Facing challenges as a working women?

We've got your back!

Both women and men support the idea that women should be able to care for their family while also working. But for working women, finding this balance may be quite difficult. Other difficulties, including unfair treatment, abuse, harassment at work, a lack of well-paying jobs, and unequal compensation also showed up among the top issues in different parts of the world, according to the survey results.

With very few exceptions, men and women from most parts of the world agree on what the biggest obstacles are for working women in their respective nations and areas.

Additionally, the study contends that caregiving obligations for working women may have an impact on their earnings, ability to advance in their careers, and retirement status. These women are less likely to be able to work longer hours, more likely to take caregiving and sick leave for their families, and more likely to take interruptions from their careers to care for young children.

What then is the solution?

Like always, we hold ground on the fact that - anything that can be done begins with the inner. Approaching the self and sorting things there puts situations and perceptions under better perspective that would enable individual women to take the necessary nd corresponding actions that arise out of such a state?
