This 3 step journey consists of powerful psychosomatic techniques that establishes a grounded self adequacy and self sufficiency, leading to a deep sense of clarity and calmness in the modern day individual.
Kanda means bulb. Patha means a path. Here, it refers to the fundamental sacred bulb that resides in you, in your lower abdomen region out which all the energy needs of the physical and subtle bodies are fulfilled in the human form.
1st Step - The Transformation
In the first step of Kanda Patha, one shall be initiated into Agama Karma Dhyana, an ancient tool to allow our entire body to not just be a subject of experiences, but more importantly be the faculty to access sensory intelligence; using which you would then make richer decisions with more clarity. Thus, be guided towards always making the right choices, engage with the right thoughts and actions – organically.
