True Self Discovery Program (TSDP) begins with delving deeply into your ideas, feelings, and behaviors in order to obtain a greater understanding of who you are and what distinguishes you. As you progress through this process, you will discover how to let go of harmful patterns and behaviors that are holding you back and begin to create an inner sense of calmness and balance.

TSDP also known as Kanda Patha is a highly practical and yet esoteric journey of active meditative tools and techniques handed down by Aryadeva, a wandering monk of the Chan Buddhism Lineage, to Chanshi Acmo during his initial years of meditation in the sacred town of Tiruvannamalai between 2012 and 2014.

This 3-step journey consists of powerful psychosomatic techniques that establish grounded self-adequacy and self-sufficiency, leading to a deep sense of clarity and calmness in the modern day individual. 

Kanda Patha is referred to as the "lamp that integrates the practices." Kanda means bulb. Patha means "a path." In this context, it refers to the fundamental sacred bulb inside of you, in the lower belly area, from which all the energy requirements of the physical and subtle bodies are met in the human form.

  • 1st Step (14 Days) - The Transformation

    In the first step of the True Self Discovery Program (TSDP), one shall be initiated into Agama Karma Dhyana, an ancient tool to allow our entire body to not just be a subject of experiences, but more importantly, be the faculty to access sensory intelligence; using which you would then make richer decisions with more clarity. Thus, be guided towards always making the right choices and engaging with the right thoughts and actions—organically. This powerful decision making tool using one’s whole body makes you resolute, resilient, and a highly integrated individual.

  • 2nd Step (21 Days) - The Transcending

    In the second step of the True Self Discovery Program (TSDP), one is directed toward Maha Khumbaka Dhyana - an amazing ancient technique that uses breath and sacred sound combinations to support a deep purification of the body at the DNA level. This enables one to open a new chapter and move forward in life in the radical new dimension one has always desired by releasing oneself from a significant amount of past deep emotional baggage.

  • 3rd Step (30 Days) - The Transfiguring

    The third and final step in the True Self Discovery Program (TSDP) is Brahma Mandala Dhyana, a series of six profound practices that use the body, breath, mind space, and heart space to liberate from all etheric subtle body dependencies and ensure the birth of a new soul within you. This helps one become free of all internal patterns that control our subtle bodies, confining us to mediocrity across many lives. This final step is the pinnacle of one's spiritual journey, with palpable effects that profoundly transform our thoughts, feelings, and actions—and thus our lives in the future.
